Acts 12:25 – 13:5, 14:21-28. And when they arrived and gathered the church together, they declared all that God had done with them, and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles (14:27).
John 10:22 – 42. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand (10:27-28).
Ruth 1:1 – 22. She said to them, “Do not call me Naomi; call me Mara, for the Almighty has dealt very bitterly with me. I went away full, and the Lord has brought me back empty. Why call me Naomi, when the Lord has testified against me and the Almighty has brought calamity upon me?” (1:20-21).
Proverbs 13:20 – 14:1. The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down (14:1).
John 10: 1-21. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep (10:11).
John 9: 13-42. Jesus said, “For judgement I came into this world, that those who do not see may see, and those who see may become blind.” (9:39).
John 9: 1-12. So they said to him, “Then how were your eyes opened?” He answered, “The man called Jesus made mud and anointed my eyes and said to me, ‘Go to Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed and received my sight.” (9:10-11)
Genesis 25: 1-18. These are the days of the years of Abraham’s life, 175 years. Abraham breathed his last and died in a good old age, an old man and full of years, and was gathered to his people (25:7-8).
Genesis 24. Then Laban and Bethuel answered and said, “The thing has come from the Lord; we cannot speak to you bad or good. Behold, Rebekah is before you; take her and go, and let her be the wife of your master’s son, as the Lord has spoken.” (24:50-51)
Isaiah 55. Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near (55:6).
