Romans 7:7-25. What then shall we say? That the law is sin? By no means! Yet if it had not been for the law, I would not have known sin. For I would not have known what it is to covet if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.” (7:7).

Exodus 20:12-17. Honour your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you (20:12).
Exodus 20:8-11. Six days you shall labour, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates (20:9-10).
Exodus 20:1-11. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy (20:11).
Exodus 20:1-17. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain (20:7).
Proverbs 14:33 – 15:12. The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good (15:3).
